Driven By Detail.
Quality craftsmanship, meticulous cleaning, and reliable automotive care that makes every vehicle look, smell, and feel like new.
Automotive Passion Meets Meticulous Care
OTK Customs was founded on a genuine passion for vehicles and a frustration with generic, automated car washes that leave swirl marks, missed grime, and surface damage in their wake.
We believe that proper detailing is an intentional process requiring specialized chemistry, patient hands, and dedicated tools. Whether it is refreshing a daily driver so your commute is enjoyable again, or restoring a high-performance vehicle to showroom perfection, our focus remains on delivering an exceptional standard of cleanliness.
Elevating Everyday Vehicle Ownership
Our mission is to provide detailed, reliable automotive care that makes every vehicle feel refreshed and well-maintained—protecting your investment and restoring that new-car feeling.
Our Core Values
Every appointment is guided by four fundamental commitments to our clients.
Precision
Every seam, stitch, crevice, and body line receives dedicated attention. We do not cut corners or rush through any stage.
Quality
We utilize pH-neutral cleaners, commercial hot-water extractors, high-temperature steam, and dedicated microfiber towels to safeguard your vehicle's finishes.
Integrity
Honest pricing, transparent service recommendations, and clear expectations without manufactured upsells or hidden add-ons.
Customer Care
We treat every vehicle as if it were our own, ensuring open communication, respectful service, and utmost pride in our finished product.
Why Drivers Trust OTK Customs
Dedicated Hand Washing Only
We never use abrasive brushes or drive-through machinery that causes swirl marks in clear coat.
Deep Steam Sanitization
High-heat commercial steam penetrates deep into air vents, cup holders, and leather seams to kill bacteria without harsh toxic residues.
Specialized Extraction
Hot water extraction pulls years of accumulated road grime, spills, and soil out of fabric seats and carpets.
